Half Marathon 13.1 Miles

33 days till my next Half Marathon (13.1m) in Orlando, Florida. This next race will be my 12th Half Marathon and will take place in Disney World which should be a lot of fun and looking forward to seeing my friends and family.
This past month since the marathon was cancelled I took a bit of a break from running, from 3-4 times a week to maybe once a week but maintained my cardio with spinning 2 times a week. After 16 weeks of training for the marathon and well pretty much training straight since early January for all my other races, I just needed a break and so did my knees. I started picking up the mileage again a couple of weeks ago and I will be aiming for 8 miles this weekend.
